RECAP: “Changing Faces” Artist Reception with Abby Sowards

On Saturday, July 26th, Gallery 610 came alive with warmth and creativity during the artist reception for Changing Faces, a solo exhibition by local artist, Abby Sowards. Held as part of the Summer Saturdays series, the event drew a crowd of friends, family, and local art lovers; all there to celebrate Abby and her evolving body of work.

The gallery was filled with heartfelt energy as guests mingled, admired the artwork, and connected over shared memories. From expressive portraits to personal pieces spanning different phases of her career, Changing Faces offered an intimate glimpse into Abby’s artistic growth. And throughout the evening, one thing was clear: you could feel the love for Abby throughout the entire store.
