Young Detectives Camp Recap!

Last week, brilliant young detectives joined forces to chase the infamous jewel thief McGuffin around the world at the Huntington Children's Museum! Along the way, they explored global cultures, created amazing crafts, danced, played, and solved mysteries together.

Each day brought a new destination and adventure:
  • Monday – Created dot paintings in Australia
  • Tuesday – Made Carnival masks in South America
  • Wednesday – Tried the umbrella dance in Asia
  • Thursday – Built upcycled houses in Africa
  • Friday – Designed faux stained glass in Europe
From international clues to creative crafts and detective disguises, these campers were on a mission—and they cracked the case with style! A huge thank you to Camp Leaders Fiona and Elliott for bringing the mystery to life—and to our amazing campers for their curiosity, creativity, and courage! Swipe through the photos below to catch some highlights from a week full of learning, laughter, and global adventures.
